Wearing a Face-covering

Posted by: ethan - Posted on:

From 24th July the new government guidelines mean it becomes compulsary to wear face coverings in shops and supermarkets as there is growing evidence that this can prevent Covid -19 from spreading.

We are asking patients to please consider wearing their own face covering where possible, when visiting the practice. Please continue to stay 2 metres apart and use hand sanitiser provided on arrival.

Thank you

It has come to our attention that since the government have set new guidelines that face coverings are to be made mandatory in shops and supermarkets from 24th July 2020, patients are worried how they can prove exemption.

There are a small cohort of patients that fall within the exempt category, please follow the link below for further guidance:

Unfortunately the practice is unable to provide patients with any kind of exemption form/letter, however if you visit the hidden disabilities store on the link below you will find further information on exemption cards.
